In our coaching together we will explore these practices and how they can help you to reclaim your connection to your erotic + creative self and revitalize your life. Come with an open mind, ready to release sexual shame and traumas, step into your body sovereignty, and begin a new devotional practice to your whole Being by enlivening your body, mind, spirit, and life with creative life force energy and embodied pleasure.
Your Body is the Temple, You Are the Devotee
EroSoma is a ritualized practice of devotion to your erotic self, to the parts of you that are shunned and shamed by society--the same parts that are the creative life force energy of the Universe manifesting through you. You are worshipping at the altar that is your body, giving offerings to the Divine within. It is a reconnection to this divine aspect of your whole self, your erotic nature, as the foundation of Life and creativity. It is a freeing of yourself from the bonds of social expectation and restriction around gender and sexuality. It is a rooting back into your primal, ecstatic, wild nature. It is a returning home to your body in a world that doesn't want you present in the here and now, in this lived experience in your body instead of in your mind (which is easier for them to control). It is a realignment to your body's innate wisdom and ability to heal itself, because we can only be whole and pully in our power when we do not shy away from and can fully integrate all parts of our Being. It is us fighting back in the battle for control over our bodies, our expression, our pleasure, our ability to create art and speak out Truth. It is a reclamation of our Sovereignty.
