How it works

Three simple steps.

List out your bills. The Reference List is a clean brain-dump — monthly on one side, yearly on the other. Vendor, amount, day.

Set it up once. On the Bill Payment Log, enter your bills in due-date order, with category, auto-pay yes or no, billing frequency, and which account it pays from. A filled Example tab shows you how a working log looks.

Mark paid as you go. Type the actual amount into that month's column. The cell turns as a signal that bill is paid for the month.
