Carolina Shout-ing Matilda

Taking advantage of their similar chord sequences, here's a piano solo arrangement of the Australian folksong Waltzing Matilda inspired by the stride piano classic “Carolina Shout” composed by great James P. Johnson. I've called it “Carolina Shout” -ing Matilda.

In it, you'll hear many examples of various stride piano techniques influenced by James P., “Fats” Waller and Willie “The Lion” Smith.
