This activity is designed to be self-directed, making it a helpful option for independent practice, partner work, math centers, small group review, or extra practice during your integer operations unit. As students work, they must carefully match each problem and answer so the sides of the puzzle pieces fit together correctly.

Students begin with an incorrect 4x4 grid, cut apart the pieces, and rearrange them on the blank grid. Once the puzzle is complete, students can glue the pieces in place to show their final work.
