To get the glitter + sequins textures to look the best in Unity use the glossmap instead of metallic. Ive attached a screenshot in the folder of how to do that. A metallic matcap is also needed, so ive put them in the folder as well + matcap maps. If using matcaps they determines the color, not the texture.
