You understand ADHD. But what do you actually do when it’s your child?

Maybe you’re dealing with meltdowns, emotional dysregulation, difficulties at school, routines that constantly become battles, or behaviour you can’t quite make sense of.

You may have received an ADHD diagnosis but still feel like you’re trying to work out what support your child actually needs.

You don’t need another generic list of ADHD tips.

This session is about your child, your family and what is happening for you right now.

Let’s look beneath the behaviour.

During our 60-minute session, we’ll explore what’s happening underneath the difficulties you’re seeing and identify practical strategies that may work better for your child and family.

We can explore behaviour, emotional regulation, routines, executive functioning, masking, school difficulties, communication with school and post-diagnosis support, depending on what your family needs.

Kamilah

Hi, I’m Kamilah 👋🏾

I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and ADHD Specialist with professional experience supporting children and families.

Through my work, I regularly hear the same question from parents:

“We understand the diagnosis… but what do we actually do now?”

I created these sessions to give parents a supportive space to talk through what is happening for their child and leave with practical next steps they can actually use.
