A lot of us have been conditioned to believe our confidence comes from our appearance. That confidence could be based on the attention we do or do not receive from potential partners. 

When you believe in your own self worth and when you believe in your value as a person that shows others how you want to be treated. Your vibe has a huuuge impact on how people treat you. I have walked into many “cool” circles as the weird one. My hair is wild, I have no designer purse, my clothes are from the thrift store, but somehow I command the attention of the room. I am not mentioning this to prove my “uniqueness” because that is all of us if we honor our true selves. I say this because I work on my energy body, so it is more defined than other people who merge to others in the room, rather than “carrying their own presence.” This is how to develop long lasting confidence.

The type of confidence that comes from being in our own vibe and harnessing our energy, claiming our space. Our clothes and makeup are part of our physical armor, but what about our energetic beauty and hacks. We look to influencers for beauty tips and trends to stay on point and physically desirable. So what about our energy this thing that can draw people in like a magnet or repel them like a bitter lemon?
