Bron Yr Aur hat

Bron-Yr-Aur is a Fair Isle hat designed to be knit for toddlers to adult sizes. It is knit with four colors in DK to Light Worsted weight yarn. To get an idea of the yardage you will need, I’ve listed the yardage it took to make the samples below.

Yarn: O-Wool Legacy DK (now discontinued)
         Classic Elite Yarns Liberty Wool (now discontinued)
         A Wool or Wool blend DK would be a good alternative
Weight: DK (11 wpi)
Gauge: 22 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in Stockinette Stitch
Needle size: US 5 - 3.75 mm
                     US 6 - 4.0 mm
Yardage: 120 - 220 yards (110 - 201 m)
Sizes available:  Toddler, Child, Teen/Small Adult, Adult
