SEE THE DIFFERENCE

In the included synthetic example, a quote with a 5,500 higher headline becomes 3,000 lower after matching the scope. A third quote with a missing cost stays incomplete. The figures teach the comparison method; they are not market estimates or builder offers.

HOW IT WORKS

Save a working copy. Define one target scope. Enter each builder's quote and map what is included, added, replaced or unresolved. Review the completed totals, then use the trackers for your selected contract.

COMPATIBILITY

Microsoft Excel desktop and a PDF reader or modern web browser. No macros or online account are required to use the downloaded kit. One currency per comparison; no exchange-rate conversion. Other spreadsheet engines and mobile spreadsheet apps have not been certified for the workflow.

SCOPE

This is a downloadable planning and comparison toolkit. Personalized quote review, builder introductions, site approvals, engineering services and financing calculations are not included. The online Tiny Home Planner remains free.

LICENSE, SUPPORT AND REFUNDS

Use and adapt the delivered version for your own projects or your purchasing organization's internal work and client engagements. You may give a client a completed tailored project output. Reselling or redistributing the reusable kit is excluded. The full license is included in Customer-Terms.html.

Support covers access, damaged files, example errors and defects in the documented workflow. Contact hello@ascendantsystems.net or the seller contact on your receipt with your order reference. Use synthetic examples or redacted screenshots for support.
