One of two matching accessories for the Willow shawl. These mitts can be made using the leftover yarn if you make the shawl. The pattern has options for two hand sizes and two lengths. The lace is both written and charted.

Materials :
Eden Cottage Yarns, Keld Fingering (90% superwash extrafine merino/ 10% linen) (360m/ 393yds per 100g skein)
Colourway: Wild Raspberry x 1 skein

One set of 2.5mm / US 1 ½ double pointed needles (or the size needed to obtain gauge)
Note: the instructions are written for DPNs, but you may prefer to work using the magic loop method, or using tiny circular needles instead.

Size:
The measured finished articles are blocked, but not particularly stretched. There is quite a lot of give in the fabric though. Do check which length you would prefer. The extra length is in the hand above the thumb.

Length: 17 (21)cm / 6.75 (8.25)in
Circumference of palm at widest part: 16 (17)cm / 6.25 (6.75)in
They will comfortably stretch in circumference to: 21 (22.5)cm / 8.25 (8.75)in

Gauge:
30 sts and 40 rows to a 10cm / 4in square in stocking stitch in the round on 2.5mm (US 1.5) needles after blocking
