Take your time. Healing is not linear and some days you will be in great shape and other days, the pain will feel intense and all consuming. You might find yourself ruminating and cannot seem to turn off your brain. All normal happenings yet don’t feel good. Yes, you know how to tolerate distress. You know how to do hard things, but you’d like to coast sometimes, too.


Please read the following and take notes of what works for you or could work for you. Write down your insights in a journal or diary.
