Each day, as you fill out page one, remember to cut off the two happy notes at the bottom. These notes are your opportunity to spread kindness and love to those around you. Leave them on a co-worker's desk, on a table at the doctor's office, on a coffee shop counter, or anywhere someone might find and need a kind word. You never know who might be in need of a little positivity.
