Materials:
Truly Hooked standard sock (75% superwash merino, 25% nylon, 425m per 100g)
2.5mm 9'' mini circular needles
stitch markers
Gauge:
18sts and 26 rows per 2'' square (in cable pattern, when blocked )
Alternative yarn:
Any yarn suitable for socks will work great for this pattern. BFL blends are wonderful, as are merino blends. Do ensure your yarn contains nylon for strenght and durability. Choose a solid or tonal yarn to ensure the cable pattern shows up.
