Essence

There are many ways to reconnect with our inner essence, but now I’m writing about one in particular: remembering what we loved as a child. I hope that through the study of this piece you can imagine what you loved to do as a child, take care of it, and it will accompany you throughout your life (I get in that state of flow when I sing or improvise in the piano, sometimes when I dance too).

To me, every piece has a special meaning and it is a resut of many experiences lived and also my personal growth.

The right hand of this piece is organized by eighth notes distributed with the notes of the chords in a soothing 6/8 measure and at the same time, each first note out of three forms an interval of a third with the bass. The left hand is sometimes reinforced with the use of broken octaves.
