Cinthya Garcia is a Spanish pianist and composer currently based in Miami, US, who focuses on Modern Classical Piano Music. Classically trained, the story of Cinthya with piano begins at the age of 8 when she gets fascinated by music as a powerful form of expression: she sings, creates, learns piano by ear, and finds in music a new best friend, and a little keyboard becomes her favorite toy from which she never separates. Then she begins formal lessons, and with time that vocation turns into a profession, graduating years later with honors in classical piano performance and pedagogy. She is happy as a teacher, she loves music and her profession, but somehow, that energy that had captivated her as a child continues to beat strongly inside her. In 2013 she leaves her country and casually, she starts then to participate in music projects of different genres and styles. That allows her to expand her musical vision. And then, she begins to compose, and finds in piano again a way to reflect her emotions, to keep her secrets... to tell stories without words. Her first release is Uncertain (Nov. 2017). After this, she has released some albums, eps and singles both independently and also collaborating with music labels specialized in solo ambient piano music. Her music is inspired by her life and personal evolution: melancholy, joy, love, evolution. Her music style seeks the beauty of the melody with influences of minimalism, classical piano, but also pop and electronic music.
