Only Ocean was inspired by coastal storms. This classic lace pattern using twisted stitches really gives the illusion of waves. I paired the stitch with a classic crescent shawl to add to the stormy, ocean effect.

Pink sample: 15 sts and 21 rows = 10 cm/4” in wave pattern stitch worked flat, after blocking.
The gauge isn’t crucial on this project, but differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage.
