Whisper Strings

For the first time available in Soundbox, Whisper Strings is a string ensemble made from the original Iremia session recordings. The samples have been re-mixed and balanced before being mapped in the free Soundbox sampler, to create an ensemble patch that is as inspiring to play, as it is quick and easy to use. It gets you incredible results in seconds and sounds like nothing else out there.

This is a string library focused entirely on exploring the softest end of the dynamic spectrum, because the softer you play, the more the tiny human imperfections stand out - and it is these barely audible details that makes it sound intimate and human.

Having these samples available in Soundbox is incredibly powerful: not only can you know layer up to 4 sounds, but also morph between them either with the Modwheel or the Vector. Now you can seamlessly go from a sustain into a vibrato pulse, or any other articulation you want, and this feature alone takes these samples to new heights.

Whisper Strings contains 21 articulations in total, as well as presets for both Modwheel or Vector, but the real power is in how you can now build your own unique combination patches with ease.
