Weather Briefing Form

Make gathering information on a Standard, Abbreviated or Outlook briefing easy by using the Weather Briefing Form by Pilot e-Source. 

The top portion of the form contains information given to the briefer by the pilot during the initial contact stage of the briefing.   The bottom portion of the form contains information given to the pilot based on the type of briefing requested.
