AI Lead Inbox is a ready-made n8n workflow that reads every new Gmail email, spots the real enquiries, logs them in a Google Sheet CRM and writes a reply draft in your tone, with your booking link, while you get on with your day.

WHAT IT DOES

- Skips newsletters, no-reply senders, your own emails and promo tabs before any AI runs, so they cost nothing

- Uses AI to sort each email into hot lead, warm lead, support, spam or other

- Pulls out name, company, phone, budget, timeline, the service wanted, urgency (1-5) and a one-line summary

- Leads: adds them to your Google Sheet CRM (no duplicates, matched on email) and saves a reply draft in the same Gmail thread

- Hot leads: instant alert on Slack, Telegram or both

- Support: labels the email and drafts a helpful reply

- Spam: labels it and archives it (never deletes)

- Unsure or AI error: adds a "Needs Review" label so nothing slips through

- Every morning at 8am: a clean digest email of yesterday's leads, hot ones first

- Emails you if the workflow ever hits an error

- Safe by default: nothing is sent to customers unless you switch on auto-send

REQUIREMENTS

- n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n (version 1.x)

- A Gmail or Google Workspace account, plus Google Sheets

- An OpenAI API key (or swap in another chat model supported by n8n)

- Optional: Slack or Telegram for hot-lead alerts

- Third-party API and subscription costs (n8n, OpenAI and so on) are your own and are not included

Tested on n8n 1.x. Results depend on your emails and settings. The AI drafts replies for you to review; you stay in control of what gets sent.
