Vladimir (Vicky to his friends...don't ask) is the epitome of drama queen and he's proud of it. He knows how to use his whiny voice to get what he wants out of a situation, like when he got his friends Clara and Dizzy to let him be Bill Cipher in their Gravity Falls Roblox roleplay by throwing himself onto a chaise lounge and melodramatically singing Remember To Forget Me by blink-182. Ah, good times.
