These toe-up socks are a simple vanilla sock, which could easily become a base to let your imagination run wild. The difference is that these have a "tab" at the back of the heel, common in really short socks so that they don't get lost in your shoe.
Sizes - measured around mid-foot
- Small - 7" (17.75cm)
- Medium - 8 " (20.25cm)
- Large - 9" (22.75cm)
- X Large - 10" (25.5cm)
Gauge
36 sts and 48 rounds = 4" (10cm) in stocking stitch in the round
Yarn Requirements
60-70 4ply/fingering weight sock yarn. Any that gives gauge should be suitable.
Sample was knit in GamerCrafting Sock in Orange is the New Black.
Needles and Notions
- 2 x 2.25mm (US1) circular needles, or dpns
- 2 x stitch markers
- tapestry needle for weaving in the ends
