The Incomparable Buster

This is the wonderful squirrel Buster. He arrived her in the late summer of 2022 and I believe he may have been taken by a predator last winter. He was friendly from the moment he came which makes me think that he was probably born here a year or so before. He knew the routine anyway! He was very special, would take nuts from my hand and always came when he was called. He has been very much missed. His daughter is Ivy and I believe she is the only offspring from him. Ivy's mother is Belinda.

This photograph was taken using the Illustration mode on my camera. I think you will agree that Buster was very handsome and photogenic.
