Travel Itinerary Templates for Travel Agents: Editable Travel Itinerary Template Pack
Full description
For travel agents, tour operators and independent travel consultants who send itineraries to clients and want every document to look the same and answer the usual questions before they are asked. You pick the layout that fits the trip, replace the example wording with the real services, and send it with the pre-departure page, the travel checklist and the booking confirmation summary. The example rows show the level of detail clients need: local times, meeting points, durations and what is included.
Save with a bundle: this template is also in the Tour & Travel Business Bundle, 12 templates for $29 instead of $76. All 141 templates are in the All-Access Hospitality Template Library for $79.

How it works
- Pick the layout closest to the trip and copy it into a new document.
- Fill the header block, then rewrite the day-by-day table: one row per service, local times, a status on every line.
- Match the inclusions and exclusions table to your quote.
- Add the pre-departure page and the booking confirmation summary, and send the travel checklist 4 weeks before departure.
- Run the 12-point final check before you send.
