12ply shoulder buttoning overalls for baby - Jordan

These gorgeous baby overalls feature stripes and shoulder buttons. Worked in 12ply yarn they are warm and cosy as well as being comfortable for baby to wear.

 

Pattern sizes: 0 (3-6-9) months.

 

To fit chest: 35 (40-45-50) cm [13¾ (15¾-17¾-19¾) ins].

Actual measurement: 45 (50-55-60) cm [17¾ (19¾-21¾-23¾) ins].

Length: 40 (47-53-57) cm [15¾ (18½-21-22½) ins].

 

Yarn required: Panda Brushed Wool 12ply, 50g balls@70m.

2 (2-3-3) balls Main Colour.

2 (2-2-2) balls Contrast Colour.

 

Needles required: A pair of 5.50mm [UK 5, US 9] knitting needles.

Wool needle for sewing up.

 

Other requirements: 2 stitch holders; 2 buttons.

 

Tension: 17 sts and 23 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 5.50mm needles.
