How to generate an endless supply of reactive power by emulating the behavior of spark gaps.

This is a synopsis of the mathematical definition for free energy's existence. It is founded upon Ohm's Law and its derivation is non-intuitive without the math to spell it out. It restricts the jurisdiction of the Conservation of Energy and makes super-conductance possible at room temperature.
