I’ve always believed stories are magic because they can sweep you into strange kingdoms, introduce you to lifelong friends, and maybe even change the way you see yourself.

I discovered that magic through movies and novels, and it’s stayed with me ever since.

Today, I write the kinds of stories I’ve always loved: YA fantasy adventures filled with wonder, danger, found families, secret worlds, and ordinary people discovering they’re capable of far more than they imagined.

When I’m not plotting the fate of kingdoms, I’m probably searching for great coffee, wandering through unusual historic sites, or scribbling story ideas in a quiet café somewhere in the world.
