Digital Download Policy

All products sold by Batisha Labs Agency are digital downloads. Because digital files can be accessed after purchase, refunds are generally not provided after access or download has been delivered.

We may review a refund request if the wrong file was delivered, the download link does not work and cannot be fixed, the file is corrupted and no replacement can be provided, or there was a duplicate purchase by mistake.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of software knowledge, failure to read the listing description, or expecting custom implementation that was not included in the product listing.

Support Policy

Support covers download access, missing files, corrupted files, and basic clarification of what is included.

Support does not include custom setup, editing files for the buyer, business consulting, third-party account setup, automation builds, integrations, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.

License / Usage Terms

Your purchase gives you a single-user / single-business license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal, business, or internal workflow.

You may customize the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, repackage, or give away the original source files as your own product.
