YOU CANNOT:

♡ Add on new outfits

♡ Change the concept of the avatar

♡ Head swap

♡ Body swap

♡ Hard edit to the point it is unrecognizable as the original

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO EDIT BATZ NITRO/FREE AVATARS WITIHIN THE LISTED LIMITS:

YOU CAN:

VIOLATION OF EDITING LIMITS COUNTS AS RIPPING/TAKING WEEEBY HEAD AND BODY SCULPT EDITS WHICH RESULTS IN A TOS STRIKE

Yes you can gift to someone!

♡ You must put the receiver’s email at the very top of checkout

♡ You must put both the receiver’s information AND your information at checkout

♡ When gifting a Batz Avatar and/or Batz Asset, the receiver is the only holder of the license

♡ You, as the gifter, hold no rights or license to use/own Batz Avatars and Assets unless you purchase it separate

♡ Gifting Batz Assets and/or Avatars to someone that is banned or blocked from Batz's discord server and/or this website is prohibited

Yes, you're allowed to DM me, but please do not use it as your first resort. First, try to go into my server and make a ticket. If I do not respond in a timely manner (meaning within 4-6 hours), then you have the option to DM me or ping me in the ticket! But please make sure that you are only contacting me about anything avatar-related or asset-related; anything else will be ignored.
