• Obtain assets only from creators; no mining or resale allowed.

♡ DMCA Notice: 

• Any unauthorized distribution will result in a DMCA notice to your account.

♡ No Other Game Sales:

•  Do not upload assets to other games for sale.

♡ No Extraction for Editing: 

• Assets cannot be taken out of Unity for editing in Blender.

♡ Streaming Permission: 

• Can be used for streaming on VRChat/TikTok with proper credit to 'BATZSTUFFZ'.

♡ Not for VTubing: 

• Not allowed for personal VTuber avatars or commercial use.

♡ No Refunds: 

• All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

♡ Upload Assistance: 

• Only permitted if the person has purchased the model; contact via server ticket for verification beforehand.

♡Reselling Restrictions:

• Do not resell these assets as mods/assets in other games.

♡Commercial Use:

• Allowed on completed models with credit to 'BATZSTUFFZ/Link to Payhip'.

♡Modification and Resale:

• Cannot sell or modify the assets for resale.

♡Customer Notification:

• Customers must be informed they cannot resell models with these assets without buying from the original source.

♡Usage Restrictions:

• Not allowed on free or booster models; can be used on public VRC world avatars.

♡Refund Policy:

• Non-refundable.

♡Asset Tag Requirement:

• Do not remove the tag from the asset.
• MUST ensure that my asset and I are credited publicly on your store page, without any paywall restrictions.

♡Usage Outside of VRChat:

• Allowed on other VR games (e.g., ChilloutVR) if rules are followed.

♡NSFW Prohibition:

• Not permitted on NSFW lolis or child-like avatars; will result in a DMCA.

♡Commission Usage:

• Both parties in a commission must own a license to the asset.
