By purchasing, downloading, or using any content from my store or Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Violations may result in bans, blacklisting, license revocation, or legal action. Unauthorized use through unofficial sources is prohibited.
1.1 - All Assets and Avatars sold by berryvee must be properly credited and require hyperlinking to either my Gumroad, Payhip or Discord.
[e.g. " Via Hair by berryvee " or " Via Hair by berryvee " ]
2.1 - Using my content through unofficial or unauthorized sites is illegal and may result in bans, blacklisting, or legal action in serious cases.
2.2 - It is the customers responsibility to read ALL TOS and information on store pages before purchases.
2.3 - All purchases are final. Refunds are not available for digital products.
2.4 - My products can be used in VRChat ONLY, they cannot be ported to other games.
2.5 - If gifting, please use the gifting function where possible or include the recipient’s Discord/VRC/Email at checkout.
2.6 - All rules are subject to change. By purchasing you are in an automatic agreement to abide by my rules and any changes made.
3.1 - Sharing/leaking/reselling/redistributing my assets, is PROHIBITED.
3.2 - Price-splitting my assets, is PROHIBITED.
3.3 - Editing the meshes and textures, etc, is ALLOWED. However you cannot resell any edits or modified content.
3.4 - Use of FREE assets on private/commercial/public/free/nitro avatars, is ALLOWED.
3.5 - Use of PAID assets on private/commercial/public avatars, is ALLOWED.
3.6 - Use of PAID assets on free/nitro avatars, is PROHIBITED.
3.7 - Use of PAID and FREE assets on commission avatars, is ALLOWED as long as the creator owns the asset and they must provide a credit list to the client for display. Client must also not pull the asset from the avatar and use in ANY way.
3.8 - Use of PAID and FREE assets on avatar for streaming purposes, eg. TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, etc, is ALLOWED. However if commissioned, only creator must own the asset, but the user must still credit. ⤷ Please credit my store on your description/panels/images.
3.9 - You MUST fill out correct information at checkout (Discord/VRC/Email) at the time of purchase, not doing so will REVOKE your rights to use the assets.
3.10 - Leaving the Discord after claiming free server codes will revoke your license and result in a ban/blacklist.
3.11 - All purchases are final. Refunds are not available for digital products.
3.12 - If gifting, please use the gifting function where possible or include the recipient’s Discord/VRC Username or Email at checkout.
4.1 - Sharing/leaking/reselling/redistributing my avatars or any of it's assets, is PROHIBITED.
4.2 - Taking any assets from my avatars, this includes assets, meshes, animations, textures, icons, etc, is PROHIBITED.
4.3 - Price-splitting my avatars, is PROHIBITED.
4.4 - Making any of my avatars public, this includes for cloning or world pedestals, is PROHIBITED.
4.5 - Uploading on anyone else's account, is PROHIBITED, unless both people own the avatar.
4.6 - Using for streaming purposes, eg. TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, etc, is ALLOWED. ⤷ Please credit my store on your description/panels/images.
