About Me

Lianne Adams writes from the coast of Maine, where the cold salt air and long winters have a way of pressing themselves into everything — the light, the quiet, the stories. She is the author of the Hush Song series, a dark mythic fantasy rooted in the oldest questions: what we remember, what we surrender, and what it costs to love something ancient and unknowable.

Her work moves at the boundary between myth and sensation — the smell of river mud and pine resin, the weight of a sketchbook worn soft at the corners, the particular silence of a house just before something changes. She is drawn to stories where time is not a straight line, where love arrives in the wrong century, and where the supernatural leaves a physical mark on the world it touches.
