About Blue Sky Simulations Ltd

Blue Sky Simulations Ltd

Wings for your dreams .. one passion, the love of aviation.

In 2003 as the personal flight simulation market had reached a new plateau, Blue Sky Simulations Ltd was established in London in order to achieve two main objectives, the development of hardware and flight controls for top personal flight simulators. range and the creation of an annual catalog listing all leisure and business aircraft.

The interest of this guide is twofold: to promote the general and business aviation sector to as many people as possible and to collect enough technical data to provide precise information to the development engineers in charge of our equipment. Modeling the flight envelope of aircraft in-house allows us to meet our customers’ demand for realism with the utmost rigor.

At the beginning of 2004, the construction of a platform on jacks was undertaken and partially built, but for lack of suitable financial partners, the project had to be stopped.

Then and until 2007, thousands of hours of work were swallowed up in the development and marketing of what was to become the General Aviation Guide as we know it today. The first marketing in PDF format took place in 2007.

It was also in 2007 that Blue Sky Simulations LLC was created in the United States in the first state, the Delaware in order to prepare the development of the company on the American continent.

As the marketing of advertising space in the Guide began, in 2012, the director was forced to put the Guide on hold due to the overwhelming need to care of his old sick mother. The January 2012 edition is therefore currently the last available. Since then and despite this, both companies have been kept operational pending a resumption of activity. In the meantime, a technical watch has been put in place to monitor developments in the business aviation market. 2022 was to be a year of return to work for the guide, but the prospect of investors has once again postponed the release of the next edition. The coming months will be decisive and as soon as this situation is resolved, Blue Sky Simulations will once again be able to look to the future and resume its developments. A new edition of the general aviation guide will be published and marketed in the period 2022-2023.

Enjoy the guide, enjoy aviation !

Best regards,
