From full cake run times all the way down to the perceivable burn times of stars in each insert/shell stage within an item or cake. It's all analyzed to averages. Adjustments are made for perceivable star counts, colors, and item angling. I've even gone as far as attempting to re-create the randomization variances that tend to exist in lift times, and break point spreads to optimize simulations and create a feeling of organic flow to a cakes/stages.

The idea is to get every product simulation to a point where it's as representative to it's real-life counterpart as possible so that your site layouts and visual show representations will never "lie to you" when you're laying a field out or making a creative design/product use decision.

Each sim pack comes with 2 files, a FINALE3D show file (.fin), and a FINALE3D Effects library file (.fdb)

You can install your sims using either one of these files. The effects library files are compiled and included to give users an importable one-stop exclusive effects file for any given item if they prefer to have some separation within libraries. Personally I like to import to individual MFG libraries I create on my system. Feel free to deposit yours wherever it makes sense for your workflow!

For Finale show file (.fin) installation:

1. Open the show file
2. Select & copy the effects from the Per-show effects library (Effects Window) to the personal library of your choice.

For the Finale Effects Library file (.fin) installation:

1. Click file
2. Hover over Effects files
3. Select Load Effects File (fdb) from the sub-menu
4. Navigate to where you saved your file, and open it.
5. In the Effects Window use the library selection dropdown menu to select your newly imported library.
