Hi there! I’m Sophia, otherwise known as Sophie or Soph.

I am a faith-based life coach with a heart for helping people walk confidently in their God-given identity. I was raised and brought up on the beautiful Central Coast of California (with a cherished two-year adventure in Charleston, South Carolina aka my second home <3). 

My journey into coaching began at age 20, encouraged by friends and peers who saw a gift in me long before I did. After a tough summer during the pandemic, I finally took a leap of faith and stepped into the calling God had placed on my life. Since then, I’ve embraced the beautiful, ever-evolving role of a coach - one that wears many hats and defies boxes.

Through root-cause work and biblical truth, I guide people to rediscover who they are in Christ — cultivating peace, joy, and unshakable confidence in Him. Together, we uncover what’s holding you back and step boldly into the bright, purpose-filled future God designed for you.

I hold a BA in Sociology from the College of Charleston and am certified in both Health and Life Coaching. But more than titles, what fuels me is seeing God’s children live freely and authentically — grounded in grace and bursting with joy.

Whether you’re navigating transition, striving for fulfillment, or simply craving a deeper connection with God, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and a whole lotta love.
