- I am not responsible if a VRChat update breaks the avatar/asset but I will do everything in my power to fix it

- Do not leak, trade, share, or upload any avatars/assets publicly

- Do not use my avatars to asset farm. You must buy the asset from the original seller if you plan to use it. This includes my assets. NO EXCEPTIONS, BUY or DOWNLOAD ASSET SEPARATELY TO USE.

- Do not share any purchased Avatar/Asset packages with anyone

- You MUST be 18+ to:

• Use my assets on 18+ avatars, if you are under 18 avatars must be SFW
• Purchase or download ANY of my avatars
• Join my server

This applies to all my products, even server gifts and free avatars. Please respect this boundary. Breaking these rules is breaking TOS.

- Do not gatekeep any of my avatars/assets, if used for content

- You may not use any of my edits for your own avatars

- Putting an inaccurate VRC user and/or Discord ID, makes your purchase/download null and void. If you don’t have a VRC user or Discord ID but want to use my assets, please contact me.

- If gifting, you MUST include the giftee's information as well.

- Assets can be used for anything! Just credit me by name (bvbybvnshee/babybanshee) and link back to my payhip.

"Assets can be used for anything" does not include anything NFT-related. It does include (with proper credit):

• Personal Use
• Commercial Use
• Free, public, and nitro avatars.
