SHIPPING

  • Currently shipping within the U.S. only.


REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations and refunds are accepted if the package has not been shipped yet.
  • If the piece is received without defects, a request for a refund cannot be accepted.
  • Damages or losses during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Please contact them directly to file a claim.
  • Any defects made on my end will be honored if informed within 3 days of receipt of package. Options for a defective item include requesting a refund, repair, or remaking the piece if suitable by specifying the issue with a photo attached using the contact form
  • Agreement to repair or remake the piece will be on a case-by-case basis. Please note that because I work on multiple projects at once, repairing or remaking your piece could take from 14 to 90s days.


ORDERING/MISC

  • Processing time is between 1-3 days.
  • Currently not accepting requests for repeat pieces, custom orders, or commissions.
  • Inquiries and concerns will be responded to within 24 hours. Please use the contact form.
