About Me
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m a mum and someone who has navigated multiple seasons of life, from becoming a young parent to managing relationships, separation, and co-parenting, all while continuing to grow and rebuild.
With a background in law, a strong foundation in psychology, and a focus on natural, realistic approaches to everyday life, I take a practical and grounded approach to managing the mental load, creating structure, and simplifying daily life.
Alongside this, I’ve built, reworked, and grown multiple businesses over the years. Through that experience, I’ve developed a clear understanding of what actually works in real life and what doesn’t.
I value calm, connection, and doing things in a way that supports both you and your children, without rigid systems, unrealistic expectations, or pressure to be perfect.
Everything I create is grounded in lived experience, combined with a deeper understanding of behaviour, communication, and how small changes can shift the way life feels day to day.
This space is about creating sustainable change in your home, your routines, your mindset, and your overall sense of control.
It’s for women (and men) who are ready to move out of overwhelm and create a version of everyday life that actually works for them.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
