You understand to follow the Terms of Service when purchasing a Product.

• It is prohibited to use the models for commercial use. My avatars are strictly use for personal use while them being set to "private".

• It is PROHIBITED for ANY of my avatars to use for ANY “Night City” VRChat Group promotion, Advertising, Marketing, or any other social form of ad under any circumstance. Any and All groups run by Shellbie_vrc to sport the logo or group is prohibited or anyone in support of any new group made in similar criteria. You will have access and download rights removed and blacklisted. You may still PURCHASE just not advertise those brands listed above.

•  DO NOT take any parts off my models. Using or taking any asset from my avatars without purchasing/obtaining them from the original creators is strictly prohibited.

• Sharing or redistributing my avatars (even if they are free) is strictly prohibited. This also includes leaking, trading and reselling my avatars to any individuals, websites, or platforms other than my Payhip. Instead, please, share the store or discord server link.

• DO NOT publicly upload any of my avatars.

• You may edit the model to your personal liking and edit it for optimization purposes. Extreme editing is not allowed. Example of this is when the model looks unrecognizable of it's original design.

• No refunds for digital products. This applies to all my avatars. By making a purchase you agree to these terms. Chargebacks lead to bans and reports from my store.

• You cannot resell the models, or claim as yours. 

• You are not allowed to claim my avatars as your own, even after adding/removing details, or heavily editing it.

• DO NOT gatekeep my avatars from others if asked.

• If purchasing a NSFW avatar from my store, you must be 18+.

• Using my avatars for streaming or VTubing is okay with me.

• You are not allowed to upload my avatars to anyone else's account except your own, unless both participants own the model and making a ticket letting me know who you are uploading for.

• NO trading this package

• NO price splitting

• DO NOT use my avatars for any other social VR/Non VR platforms except VRCHAT

• I am not responsible for any bugs on the model when VRChat updates occur. If I choose to release an update to fix the model I will, if not it is up to the buyer to fix any bugs.

• I am not responsible for any bugs that occur when the buyer edits the model. By editing the model you understand bugs may occur.



• Violation of these rules and terms of service may result in a DMCA notice. Failure to comply with the DMCA may lead to further legal actions. You also will get banned from my Discord Server and all of my stores. If you are banned, you do not have a right or permission to use any of my avatars.
