**RETURNS**


Our return policy spans 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging intact.


Certain goods are exempt from return, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products


To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations:

- Goods with evident signs of use

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable):

**Shipping:**

To return your product, mail it to: 3 Eliot Place, London, LND, SE30QL, United Kingdom.


You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.


For items over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
