With my products being digital and downloadable, once you have accessed the files I am unable to offer any refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
my products are not to be shared or price split. a purchase of an asset/avatar is intended for a single user*
if you have leaked and/or price split my work, you will be promptly blacklisted and your access to the product and my store as a whole will be revoked.

By making a purchase you agree to these terms. If your bank takes action to refund any of my products, it is up to you to fix it and re-purchase. failure to do so will result in a quick and prompt ban and blacklist.
All digital products on my storefront are un-refundable for reasons stated above.
that being said, I will always try to help and rectify any issues - if you have any problems please contact me via a ticket in my discord server.
*exception applies to couple avatar packages, where two people may use the avatars (one each).
NO GENERATIVE AI
it is forbidden to feed any of catakitty's work into any Generative AI model.
this includes:
- 3D models, avatars & assets
- 2D textures which may or may not be included in a purchasable or free asset and/or avatar package
- imagery of any sort - whether promotional or graphical
the forbidden usage also includes creating "photos" with catakitty's work depicted within. typical applications may include using an "ai" filter on a photo taken of or inclusive of catakitty's work.
AVATAR USAGE

by purchasing my work you agree to all of the following terms
- an avatar package is designated as a single-use license. this means that the product is only to be used by one individual on one account.
- avatars are meant exclusively for use with in VRChat - they are not to be ported over to any other platform.
- you must input your checkout details correctly - failure to do so will result in immediate action
- if gifting a product, please put in the recipient's details instead.
- you must not upload my work as public nor share the files with anyone - doing so breaks the single-use license agreement.
- you must not price-split my work - doing so breaks the single-use license and counts as leaking.
- you may not remove assets or parts for use on another avatar whether it is personal or for-sale - this includes assets created/edited myself or made by others.
- you must not claim my work as your own - even if edited (check the avatar edits section for further details)
- my work must not be used in depictions of heavy gore, lolis/pedophilia or political works.

you are permitted to edit my avatars so as long as they remain recognisable and you still credit me.
this means you are not allowed to strip my work down to just its base as this would class as asset mining. you must keep at least two original meshes on the avatar, the head/body do not count towards this.
furthermore, you are not allowed to take off any assets, whether they are originally mine or made by a third party, to reuse on another avatar even if only for personal use; this is also classed as asset mining.
edits must be personal only and are not to be redistributed or made public.
if you are commissioning someone to edit one of my avatars for you - you must both own the avatar package. sharing the files without both parties owning it is considering leaking, and will result in immediate action.

you may use my avatars for streaming, short-form content (i.e. tiktok, instagram reels), NSFW content & other platforms alike so as long as you credit myself - no one likes a gatekeeper!
if you are making financial gain through use of my works (such as but not limited to livestreaming donations) you must credit my work via a direct link.
you may not make merchandise using the likeness of my works.

- each product has their own sub-terms regarding use on free/public & commercial projects - please ensure to read them specifically.
- if an asset includes my logo/name on it anywhere, you are not to remove it.
- when crediting myself, you must include my name & hyperlink to my store.
- my work must not be used in depictions of heavy gore, lolis/pedophilia or political works.
