I'm Char. I'm a Writer and Teacher at heart. I write books, articles and courses, and teach and (hopefully) motivate people who are looking to improve their computer skills and eDiY their self-publishing tasks.
I have a Chronic Pain and Fatigue condition, which has negatively impacted on my life over the last five years.; I can only spend limited amount of time on the computer and spend a lot of my time getting to health care appointments, including 'Tai Chi for People with Chronic Pain', Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy.
This Chronic Pain and Fatigue Diary came about from the team at my local Pain Clinic asking me to keep a journal of these specific things. Some days I couldn't hold a pen without searing pain, but I also found it monotonous writing the same details over and over again. So when they wanted me to start using a computer again 'in small doses to begin with' I created the diary for myself. When a fellow chronic pain sufferer saw my diary as we waited for our respective appointments and asked where she could get a copy, that's when I decided to make it available for anyone who wants to use it. It is available as a print book, and now in PDF Printable form.
