• All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds are NOT available. If you have any issues, please contact me via my Discord server and open a ticket.

• By purchasing my models, you agree you will not share the package, make the avatar public, or resell the model under any circumstances. This includes uploading the package for anyone else unless you both own the model.

• By purchasing my NSFW models, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older. All models are defaulted to NSFW unless stated otherwise in the description.

• Do not price split, or trade my avatars.

• Editing the avatar is allowed, however taking my edited textures, or assets without purchasing them from the original creator is not allowed.

• You cannot claim any of my work as your own, even if you own the original assets.

• You cannot feed my work into any generative AI software/programs under any circumstance.

• What you purchase is what you get. However, please let me know if there are any bugs. I may not fix it unless it is undoubtedly serious, especially if it’s not a recent release.

• You may not use this model for political acts. You may use this model for sexual acts as long as it's done in private. (NSFW Social Media OK.)

• Failure to comply with these rules will result in a blacklist and revoke your license to any purchases of my products in the future.

• My TOS can be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to check each time you purchase.

• My models are made with simple Quest conversions. Do not purchase my models expecting to receive PC level work in terms of looks and customization. - Following this, please note that Wholesome Lollipop and SPS does not work for my Quest models. Please take note of this before purchasing. I will not issue refunds because you failed to check what converts over to Quest. It is your responsibility to check the description of each model to see what the Quest version owns and what it does not.

• I try to make my work as accessible as possible in terms of price, and usability. Each of my avatars as of 12/14/2025 include ASL gestures, ASL Alphabet Sheet, and a usable Pen for both PC and Quest. Public versions of my avatars automatically have ASL gestures installed. Paid versions have them ready in the package but are not installed. Please read the .txt file in your zip on how to install it. As of now, I do not have optimized versions of my avatars, meaning they cannot be used in Helping Hands classes. If this changes, it will be updated with the date here.

• As of now, my Hoyoverse models are still being sold. If this changes, I will update accordingly. You can purchase them on Ko-Fi, or through Discord. These models are handled differently, so please be sure to read the information about them on my Ko-Fi page.

• I do offer uploads of my avatars for those who are 18+ as my avatars are NSFW. I will verify your age before uploading. If you want an upload, please create a ticket in my Discord Server.
