The moment you buy a product from my shop, you are agreeing with my terms of service - no matter what. Not respecting my rules results to an immediate ban, server blacklist and a license revocation.

• All assets are for personal and commercial use in VRChat by default.

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original or modified assets outside of a model is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.

• Proper credit must be given in any use case, unless it's a public or personal avatar - if not, a warning will be given.

• You will NOT reuse any of the assets from my avatars, and you need to buy them from their creators listed in the credits if you want to use them. Support creators, they work hard.

• You MUST fill up your accurate discord and VRC username when you buy, if you don't, you do not have the rights to use my avatars. If you have a special font, it has to be used in the field.

• You will not make my avatars public in any case. This also disregards the creators I credit that have their products on your model - will result in a multi community blacklist.

• Do not share the package with anyone or upload it into someone else's account. If you need help uploading, make a ticket. Only the receiver of the avatar is allowed to own and use the package. So, if you gift the avatar to someone you are not allowed to use the product.

• Using my models for Social Media (Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, etc) is okay IF you ask me for permission & credit me somewhere in your links. If you want to convert my models for vtubing, you have to ask me before.
