We are using SINGAPORE POST to ship out all orders.
Letter mail: for flat items (stickers, prints etc) UNTRACKED
Small package: for non flat items (keychains) TRACKED
Please note that for letter mail, in order to reduce the shipping cost, ONLY untracked option is available. Whereas for small package, ONLY tracked option is available.
Kindly also check and ensure that you have provided the correct address to avoid lost mail. For tracked package, we will send you an email with the tracking number after we send out your order.
We are not liable for any lost or delay in mail. However, if you have ordered small package (tracked) and it has not reached you after a month, do reach out to us and we are happy to assist you.

Yes we do! Unless there are unforeseen circumstances or restrictions that we are unable to deliver to your country, we will inform you and you will receive a full refund.

Processing time
Processing orders would take 1 to 5 working days. If any delays to your order, we will inform you immediately.
Delivery time
For orders within Singapore: 2 to 3 working days.
For international orders: Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery time might take up to 4 weeks or more depending on the destination country and your local postal service.

Please take note that we are not responsible for any taxes, custom fees and other unmentioned fees (miscellaneous). If any, it has to be borne by the buyer.

Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for that. However if your package has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make any further arrangements for you. Thank you for your understanding.
