Digital Downloads & Refund Policy

ChiKiddie provides digital eBooks and Christian resources, many of which are available free of charge with the option to make a voluntary financial contribution.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind once downloading has begun, where the customer has validly agreed to immediate delivery and the loss of their cancellation right.

If you experience problems accessing your eBook, receive a faulty file or find that the resource is not as described, please contact us at chikiddietv@gmail.com.

Any refund requests relating to voluntary contributions will be reviewed individually.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Digital Products, Downloads and Usage Rights

1. Free Digital Resources

ChiKiddie provides a wide range of free Christian eBooks and educational resources for children, parents, families, schools, churches and children's ministries.

Our free resources may be downloaded, printed and shared for personal, educational, church and other non-commercial purposes, provided the original content, author information and ChiKiddie branding remain unchanged.

Free resources must not be sold, altered, republished commercially or presented as someone else's work without written permission from ChiKiddie.

2. Paid Digital Products

Some ChiKiddie resources are available for purchase.

Purchasing a digital product grants the buyer permission to download and use the resource for personal or household purposes, unless additional usage permissions are stated in the product description.

Paid products must not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial purposes or shared with others without permission from ChiKiddie.

Schools, churches and organisations wishing to distribute paid resources more widely should contact ChiKiddie for permission.

3. Voluntary Financial Support

Some free ChiKiddie resources may offer the option to make a voluntary financial contribution.

Financial contributions are entirely optional. Customers can access designated free resources without making a contribution.

Voluntary support helps ChiKiddie continue creating and distributing Christian resources to children and families.

4. Copyright

Unless otherwise indicated, ChiKiddie resources are protected by applicable copyright laws.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

These terms do not affect customers' statutory consumer rights.
