For SFW versions of my avatars theres no difference! On older public versions there may be some toggles disabled but i've since stopped doing so.

I don't offer uploads myself because it's against VRChat's TOS. You are allowed to hand the files to a trusted friend/partner/uploader to upload for you. If any of those files get leaked it will be traced back to you, leading to a ban.
