My Background

I’m a performance-focused fitness professional specialising in structured strength and conditioning, circuit-based training, kettlebell work, and suspension training. My approach is built around helping people move better, get stronger, and build sustainable fitness through clear, progressive programming that is adaptable to all levels from complete beginners to experienced trainees.


I deliver coaching that focuses on real results, improving strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance through efficient, well-structured sessions. Whether the goal is general fitness, fat loss, strength building, or improved athletic performance, I provide coaching that is purposeful, progressive, and easy to follow.


Alongside my general coaching, I also offer specialised training packages for individuals looking for more specific development. This includes dedicated strength and conditioning programmes, as well as tailored coaching for freediving and breathwork performance. My freediving and breathing work includes structured breath control training, CO₂ tolerance development, and workshops designed to improve both physical capacity and mental control in the water. As an Instructor Trainer in freediving, I deliver structured training programmes.


Additionally, I have over 14 years of experience within emergency services environments, where I developed and delivered role-specific physical training and performance standards under high-pressure operational conditions. This background has heavily influenced my coaching style emphasising discipline, resilience, and functional strength.


My goal is simple. To provide coaching that is accessible, effective, and structured around long-term progress, whether you’re training for general fitness, specific performance goals, or specialised development.
