Personal Training Packages
I offer tailored personal training for those who want a more focused, hands-on coaching experience. Each package is built around your individual goals, whether that’s improving general fitness, building strength, or meeting personal goals.
All sessions, regardless of the package; are structured and designed to create clear progression with coaching that keeps you accountable and moving forward.
Booking Process:
1) Book either an 'In Person Consultation' or 'Intro to Personal Training package' to get started.
2) Choose to continue your Personal Training journey and book either single 'Personal Training Sessions' or a package of 4, 8 or 12 with discounts.
