Natisha Willis, Certified Executive Coach, created the Imposter Free Leadership Group as a way to equip women of color with the evidence based tools, resources and training necessary to get free of the trauma and imposter feelings created from living in America and instead courageously create a life dreams are made of. Since 2018, Natisha has been living her own imposter free life and in 2020, began sharing those same healing tools with leaders, coaches and entrepreneurs abroad.

Originally from Chicago, Natisha mostly resides in Playa del Carmen, Mexico where she enjoys maracuya margaritas, arrachera chilaquiles and creating real connections - one new friend at a time.
