Press On Nails:

• We do not accept returns for nails due to hygiene reasons.
• If you receive your nails and they are damaged, we will replace them at no additional cost upon review and proof of the damage.

Other Products:

• Returns are accepted under certain exceptions. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your return.
• All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as all items are made to order.

Made to Order:

• As all our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. This policy helps us maintain the quality and uniqueness of our products.
